★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención. Después de 5 días que dejé un equipo a diagnostico , tuve que ir por que nunca me hablaron para decirme que tenía mi equipo y cuánto iba a costar. Nunca contestan el teléfono. Cuando llegué y pregunté si ya tenían respuesta ni siquiera lo encontraban y pasados un par de minutos me dijeron que la pieza no había llegado y que llegaba en 2 días más. A la fecha ya pasaron 10 días y no siquiera tienen la atención para avisar. VAYAN A OTRO LADO. ! Acabé comprando un equipo nuevo!
Terrible service and attention. After 5 days that I left a team to diagnose, I had to go because they never spoke to me to tell me what my team had and how much it was going to cost. They never answer the phone. When I arrived and asked if they already had an answer, they did not even find it and after a couple of minutes they told me that the piece had not arrived and that it would arrive in 2 more days. To date, 10 days have passed and they do not even have the attention to notify. GO TO THE OTHER SIDE. ! I ended up buying a new computer!
