★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta ahora solo he llevado una bicicleta a empaquetar para viaje y me atendieron de maravilla. Aún con una gran carga de trabajo por las fechas (muy cerca de año nuevo) se comprometieron y cumplieron con la fecha de entrega e hicieron un gran trabajo en el empaquetado y asegurado de la bicicleta. También fueron muy amables al momento de conseguir un medio llevarme la bicicleta. Pronto llevaré mi otra bicicleta a servicio y actualizaré esta reseña, pero hasta ahora me tienen asegurado como cliente.
So far I have only taken one bike to pack for travel and they took great care of me. Even with a heavy workload for the dates (very close to New Years) they committed and met the delivery date and did a great job packing and insuring the bike. They were also very nice when it came to getting a means to take my bike. I'll be taking my other bike to service soon and updating this review, but so far they have me secured as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, no me permitieron el paso porque gabian 2 personas dentro de las instalaciones, llegan más personas y les permiten el acceso, algo que se me hizo de mal gusto.
Very bad experience, they did not allow me to pass because 2 people were inside the facilities, more people arrive and they allow them access, something that I did not like.
