Nice walk on night and day. Nice breeze and views. If is a hot day I recommend go a night time since will be fresh.

Campeche is my favourite city in Mexico but Malecón is like the cherry on top of the cake. We really enjoyed going for an evening run there. It's perfectly maintained, clean and absolutely safe. There are many monuments, including beautiful giant mexican flag or Campeche sign as it's typical for mexican cities and towns, or fountain light show ( I think it's presented from Thursday to Sunday only) There are many restaurants and food places along the way (some surprisingly cheap) If you're in Campeche, Malecón is something you shouldnt miss

Nice feature of the waterfront, especially during the evening when the air cools down. There's two long paths, one for pedestrians and one for bikes, and you see many joggers and bicyclists using it. Most of it is nicely lit up with waist-level lamps. A great place to watch the sunset or romantic strolls!

Nice malecón (promenade). Close to historic center and plaza. Beautiful place to escape the heat on the evening. Designed with bike lane and running lane for those who want to workout.

Such a nice area, you can tell most of the city's investment goes here cause it's very modern, littered with beautiful palm trees, art, and sculptures. Runners regularly fill the boardwalk all day, and who can blame them with the amazing view of the ocean sunsets.

One of the longest seawalks in Latin America. You can walk, bike or even run here.

This walking area by the sea is very pleasant in the late afternoon once the sun is going down. If you try to walk it in the middle of the day, as I did, you may get heatstroke. It's hot and very exposed with virtually no shade and a wide avenue separating you from any indoor spaces. No restaurants or bars on this walk, just sculptures, and the colorful Campeche sign.

A perfect place to spend a few hours taking in the beautiful views! Towards sunset, this place gets a lot busier - in a good way! Lots of vendors, music… definitely the time I would recommend! Lots of restaurants along the malecón in addition to art/statues.
