★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concrete boardwalk and sea wall for what seems to be a failed planned community. Derelict construction sites and poor material choices are now just rusting and graffiti messes. The water from the bay smells terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot during day without any covered area, but nice way to walk around right by downtown and h afternoon was great around sunsets to hang out and enjoy the weather and views of the downtown one direction and Hotel Zone across the water in the other direction.
