Ni para decirle algo por que ya íbamos a mitad de camino. E	Eli Cruz Aguilar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si son muy buenos taxis y seguros, pero lamentablemente sus "normas" son absurdas, la primera vez programe un taxi a las 11:00pm ya que salía de mi trabajo, eran 11:03pm cuando llegue a la unidad y el taxista me cobró $5 extra por cada minuto que no salí, hablé con la persona por Whatsapp y me dijo que así lo tenían establecido, pero cuando volvía a pedir programado y ellos llegaban tarde ahí si no decían nada, el día de ayer pedí un taxi y yo traía un perrito apenas de 1 mes en una cajita de zapatos, me subí a la unidad normal, cuando llegó a mi destino me dice que eran $20 extra por traer al perro, volví a preguntar a la muchacha y me dijo que igual era su norma, le expliqué que era un perro súper pequeño y ni siquiera fue una distancia larga, me mandó audio súper pesada diciendo que así es la regla, y que si yo iba a transportar un perro le tuve que haber dicho, ahora resulta que le tengo que informar todo lo que llevo conmigo en un servicio, lo creo si fuera un perro grande ahí si con mucha razón, aparte si son normas deberían ponerlo junto con su mensaje informatorio de que cobran extra por cada cosa, igualmente el taxista cuando vio que traía al perro nunca me dijo que era precio extra, la verdad es que me desilusiono ya que son buen servicio pero no me quedaron ganas de seguir usando sus servicios Yes, they are very good and safe taxis, but unfortunately their "rules" are absurd, the first time I scheduled a taxi at 11:00 pm since I was leaving work, it was 11:03 pm when I arrived at the unit and the taxi driver charged me $5 extra for every minute I didn't go out, I talked to the person on Whatsapp and he told me that they had it established that way, but when I asked again for a scheduled request and they were late there if they didn't say anything, yesterday I asked for a taxi and I brought a puppy barely 1 month old in a shoebox, I got on the normal unit, when I arrived at my destination she told me that it was an extra $20 to bring the dog, I asked the girl again and she told me that it was the same as her norm, I explained that it was a super small dog and it was not even a long distance, he sent me super heavy audio saying that this is the rule, and that if I was going to transport a dog I should have told him, now it turns out that I have to inform him of everything what I take with me in a service, I believe it if it were a big dog there yes with good reason, apart from if they are rules they should put it together with their informative message that they charge extra for everything, also the taxi driver when he saw that he was bringing the dog never told me that it was an extra price, the truth is that I am disappointed since they are good service but I did not want to continue using their services

Llamé en una ocasión y no tenían unidad, volví a llamar como a los 5 minutos o más y alcancé a escuchar a la señorita molesta diciendo... parece que no hubiera otro... Lamentablemente es media noche y no encontraba unidad en 4 sitios que llamé. Terrible service from the person who attends ? It seems that one was asking for the service as a gift... I called once and they didn't have a unit, I called again after 5 minutes or more and I managed to hear the annoying lady saying... it seems that there was no other... Unfortunately it's midnight and I couldn't find a unit in 4 places I called.
