★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, es fecha en que tenía que tener mi prenda ya y aún ni siquiera sé ha entregado en las oficinas de Estafeta; quién maneja sus redes sociales tiene un pésimo trato y se enojó conmigo por pedirle que me compartiera mi número de guía el día que se supone ya lo tenía que tener, en fin, si se pueden ahorrar el dolor de cabeza, mejor :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confirmo la opinión de Héctor, pésimo servicio post venta y pésimo trato post venta también, elegimos comprarle a estos sujetos y resulta que no nos enviaron lo que les pedimos y no se hicieron responsables, ni supimos qué pasó con la prenda que les pedimos, su única solución (y de pésima forma) fue regresar el dinero.
Sí bien es un bazar de 2da mano, creo que sí te dedicas a la venta de productos y servicios, así haya sido una equivocación por parte de ellos, lo que merecemos como clientes es un trato digno, pues no solo se trata de dinero, se trata de una experiencia de compra. Y estas personas no cuentan con ello.
Todavía se dieron el lujo de amenazarnos y decirnos que van a rollar nuestros perfiles en otros bazares, para que no nos vendan, como si hubiéramos cometido el error.
Ojalá se den un roll aquí en San Google antes de concretarles una compra a estos compas.

Although it is a second hand bazaar, I think that you do sell products and services, even if it was a mistake on their part, what we deserve as customers is a decent treatment, because it is not only about money, it is a shopping experience. And these people don't count on it.
They still had the luxury of threatening us and telling us that they are going to roll our profiles in other bazaars, so that they do not sell us, as if we had made the mistake.
I hope they take a roll here in San Google before making a purchase from these guys.
