★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca me contestan el telefono y cuando ya contestan por medio de terceras personas quedan de venir y lo que es un puro ajuste que se puede hacer en un dia se prolonga hasta por 15 dias se me hace que no tienen seriedad con su trabajo
They never answer the phone and when they already answer through third parties they have to come and what is a pure adjustment that can be made in one day lasts up to 15 days, it makes me feel that they are not serious about their work

We agreed that they would go to make a quote, I waited for them 3 hours more than the agreed time and they never arrived. Appalling.
