★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las unidades de transporte están en condiciones regulares , aunque tienen a la.vista 4 unidades nuevas ,no son suficientes para la flotilla representa solo un 10 % del total de las unidades , y el resto se puede decir que sus condiciones son aceptables más no ideales, por otro lado los horarios para los choferes no se me hacen los más adecuados son horas muy quebrada y con muy poco sueldos , creo y estoy seguro que este es un factor demasiado importante para si rotación de personal ,

The transport units are in regular conditions, although they have 4 new units in sight, they are not enough for the fleet, representing only 10% of the total units, and the rest can be said that their conditions are acceptable but not ideal , on the other hand the schedules for the drivers are not the most suitable for me, they are very broken hours and with very little salaries, I think and I am sure that this is a factor too important for if staff turnover,
