Hice un pedido el 21 de enero, en preorder, por lo que sabía que tenía que esperar de 4 a 6 semanas, me pareció muy exagerado el tiempo pero decidí comprar.
Ayer mando un correo para ver el estado de mi pedido y con la mano en la cintura me dicen que sigue sin llegar pero que cuando llegara me lo enviaban. Dicho esto, el pedido iba a salirse del ya LARGUÍSIMO TIEMPO DE ENTREGA.
Pedí mi reembolso por su incumplimiento y nula seriedad.
Apoyar al comercio local es importante, pero respetar al consumidor lo es más.
No se comprometan a cosas que NO TIENEN LA HABILIDAD DE CUMPLIR.
Mucho esfuerzo en promocionar la marca poco por ser una empresa seria.

I made an order on January 21, in preorder, so I knew I had to wait 4 to 6 weeks, the time seemed very exaggerated but I decided to buy.
Yesterday I send an email to see the status of my order and with their hand on their waist they tell me that it still hasn't arrived but that when it arrived they would send it to me. That said, the order was going to fall outside of the already VERY LONG DELIVERY TIME.
I asked for my refund for its non-compliance and null seriousness.
Supporting local businesses is important, but respecting the consumer is even more so.
Do not commit to things that YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO FULFILL.
A lot of effort in promoting the brand little for being a serious company.
