★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had read about the Capilla on the BBC website. It was used to highlight the supposed prevelance of narco culture in Culiacan. But that's not what this place is about. Most of the devotees I saw were indigenous families plus Mexican tourists. Read the Wikipedia article before you visit to better understand.
