★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 16 de abril me realize mastografia me siento muy adolorida me la hizo un sr técnico me dolió mucho horrible me e hecho 3 mastografia y a sido el peor lugar pienso que no deben de hacer mastografias hombres son toscos y bruscos hasta morado tengo en un costado sentía que me facturaría el pecho no es apretar a lo tonto porque lógico uno tiene menos senos que otras
 On April 16 I had a mammogram, I feel very sore, a mr technician did it to me, it hurt a lot horrible I have done 3 mammography and it has been the worst place I think that they should not do mammograms, men are rough and abrupt, even purple I have on one side I felt that it would invoice my chest is not to squeeze in a foolish way because of course one has less breasts than others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, muy limpio el lugar todos muy amables, sólo que te van atendiendo con forme van llegando, aunque tengas cita no la respetan, así que mejor ten paciencia y ten en cuenta que vas a tardar en pasar, pues te formas y van pasando de 8 pacientes les hacen la prueba terminar y vuelven a pasar otras 8 y así sucesivamente, pero todo bien ?
Excellent service, the place is very clean, everyone is very friendly, only that they attend to you as they arrive, even if you have an appointment they do not respect it, so better be patient and keep in mind that it will take time to pass, because you form and they pass 8 patients have the test finished and another 8 pass again and so on, but everything is fine ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen lugar, ahora con lo de la Cuarentena toman medidas pertinentes, sólo puede pasar la persona que se hará el estudio así que si tienen q ir les recomiendo que vayan solas o su acompañante tendrá que esperarlas afuera. El personal es muy amable y respetuoso. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Lo único es que me tardaron muchísimo, iba por un ultrasonido y habían como 3 personas, llegué a las 3 y salí al 10 para las 5,por lo tanto; vayan con tiempo.
A good place, now with the Quarantine they take pertinent measures, only the person who will do the study can pass so if they have to go I recommend that they go alone or their companion will have to wait for them outside. The staff is very friendly and respectful. I totally recommend it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar muy limpio, las doctoras muy amables y atienden rápido, lo malo es que no respetan horario de cita, ni como fueron llegando, dicen que el sistema así los acomoda ?♀️
La trabajadora social, muy bien, tiene paciencia y explica muy bien.
Los que están en control, ¡son un total descontrol! Están platicando, jugando entre ellos, eso si, se llevan muy bien, pero cuando alguien se acerca para ayuda se enojan que los interrumpan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las policías son amables, la recepción es cómoda. En lo personal, no me agradó el trato del técnico ¿Doctor? No me explicó o por lo menos "preparar me" para lo que haría. Me sentí incómoda y sí me dolió.
The police are friendly, the reception is comfortable. Personally, I didn't like the technician's treatment. Doctor? He did not explain or at least "prepare me" for what he would do. I felt uncomfortable and it did hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He venido acompañando a mi esposa para un estudio. Buenas instalaciones, es un servicio muy importante, pero hay un recepcionista (hombre) con poca disposición a ayudar. De no ser por su compañera nos hubieran tenido esperando 3 horas.
I have been accompanying my wife for a study. Good facilities, it is a very important service, but there is a receptionist (man) with little willingness to help. If not for their partner they would have had us waiting 3 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 2 meses mi mamá fue enviada por su clínica familiar a realizarse un estudio aquí. Y el trato del médico que le realizó la mastografia fue muy grosero, levantando la voz y tratando despectivamente a una mujer de más de 65 años; quien nerviosa y atemorizada por el trato indignante, no recuerda el nombre del pseudo profesional qué la atendió. He marcado al número para presentar mi queja y no contestan. "Por una 1 persona" se desprestigia a una gran institución como lo es el IMSS. Ojalá haya más cuidado en la contratación del personal, pues no cualquiera tiene la capacidad y mucho menos vocación de servicio. Lamentable la actitud y trato de éste hombre en la clínica de Mastografia de Chapultepec en la Condesa.

Eh tenido que traer a mujeres de mi familia a esta clínica y siempre an sido bien atendidas
Chicas recuerden que una atención a tiempo puede salvarles la vida , caballeros recuerden que es nuestra obligación moral apoyar e impulsar a la mujer a cuidarse y revisarse por el bien de ellas
