Pésima atención, las lanchas en donde transportan están en malas condiciones, no se realizo el tour de luminicensias por el mal clima y no regresaron el dinero, tampoco repusieron el viaje, ya no contestan las llamadas en los números que están registrados. Nadie se hace responsable. Nada recomendables

Cuando reservé esta experiencia, sabíamos que sería única y exclusiva, pero no nos dimos cuenta de lo increíble que sería en realidad. Si está buscando una experiencia personalizada e histórica, este es el recorrido para usted.

Estuve en Puerto Escondido en marzo de este año con unas amigas. Y la vdd sin Mama Tava no hubiéramos podido hacer taaaan grata experiencia. Hubo aventura, contacto con la naturaleza y atardeceres hermosos! Muchas gracias ???

Pésimo servicio y profesionalismo! Primero nos dejaron esperando 40 min porque nos “olvidó” el chofer, luego llegamos al lugar de las tortugas y nos quisieron cobrar más porque disque “olvidó su cartera” y aparte nos prometieron 3 tortugas y una hora y al final solo fue una tortuga por menos de 10 minutos, les recomiendo no tomen estos tours con esta agencia, cero profesionalismo! Y aparte cobran más caro!

We did the turtle release tour. Very disappointing, especially the attitude of Mama Tava agency. Paid 300 pesos (15 usd) a person, got a 5 min ride to the beach, released a baby turtle and then went back in 10 mins. You can have the same experience by grabbing a cab and paying 100 pesos a person at the beach at the third party. When we complained with the agency that we had no explanation or information they said it's the fault of the third party and they can't help it. Some competitors offer very extensive turtle release tours for the same price so check well before booking!

We did the Mazunte, Ventanilla, Zipolite tour and it was a big waste of money and time. The mangroves were cool but we didn't get to see the turtle museum nor Puerto Angel. The driver was an unsafe and uncomfortable driver, he was swerving around the road, slamming on the brakes repeatedly. We spent 2-3 hours waiting around at Zipolite as the driver didn't communicate to one couple that it was a 20min stop and they went off for almost 3 hours. For 850 pesos per person it was a big ripoff.

The Bioluminescence tour was the biggest waste of our time in Puerto Escondido. Mama Tava tours picked us up in large van taking over 1 1/2 hrs to go 15mins to the lagoon where the boat operators were rude and unprofessional. Then we spent 20 mins on the boat to look at very faint Bioluminescence under a tent in the middle of the lake. Then another 1 1/2 hrs back to the hotel. What a joke and waste of time and money. Mama Tava showed no concern or regret for wasting our vacation time. I would highly recommend not using this company and skipping the Bioluminescence tour altogether.

Mama Tava Tours was excellent! My girlfriend and I were greeted in the lobby of Villa Sol by Fran and he was very informative and helpful. Never felt pressured to purchase anything but when we had questions he was there to answer them. We originally planned to do the bioluminescence tour, dolphin/whale watch and turtle release. There was a full moon the entire week we were in town and Fran was completely honest and told us we would not be happy with the bioluminescence tour because it would be too bright. We ended up only doing the turtle release due to our schedule and it was amazing! Felt good to see people so caring and involved with the conservation of one of the earths oldest living creatures. Not only are the turtles awesome, the beautiful beach and sunset after the release was icing on the cake. Our overall experience with Mama Tava and Fran was nothing short of spectacular and we will definitely be reaching out again next time we are there!
