I went on a Friday and Saturday night. Friday I had a great experience and got to have a taste of Latin culture through salsa. Saturday, on the other hand, is where I had some awful experiences that would be completely ruined my night if not for the few friendly individuals I encountered. I found it very rude and distateful when there was a screen behind the live band that referred to me as a "negrito" when I was trying to communicate with a young lady there, in an attempt to ridicule/ embarass me. As an Cameroonian American, I encountered racism at various points in my life. I am proud of my African origin, and this establishment was trying to use my skin color as a way to ridicule me. This was in extremely bad taste and I am filing a complaint.

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! The waiter took advantage of me for being drunk and that I don't speak Spanish - I was charged for 50 USD$ FOR TWO GLASSES OF VODKA AND ENERGY. I've found out the day after that that's the approximate price for AN ENTIRE WHOLE BOTTLE! don't go to this awful place! Since the moment I was given the bill by the waiter a security guy was next to me see that I won't run somewhere. That's the most awful part of my vacation in Cancun Mexico.

I am nativ from spain, and I love to dance. As a lot of people recommended me this hotspot for dancing I where super hyped about it. First and only good thing I can tell you (that's the Reason i give 1 star, is the live band and atmosphere for dancing). Now to the negative side.... I have traveled a lot and had the pleasure of dancing around the world. So that is my main point of comparison. This local is absolutely the worst i have ever visited! A looot of cumbia (ok is a nativ dance) but they shouldn't promise a variety of music genres like Bachata and more... If they mostly play cumbia and some salsas... The music is wayyy to high pitched (it realy hurt if you standing in front) The worst thing over all, are the employers, they are absolutely unfriendly and unmotivated. The bartender and the waiters take your money and walk away whitout giving your Nickelback... If its 1 or 20$ they even have a leaflet in the entrance who warn you if this or kind of this happens, to report that to a "captain" but even he isn't really interested about... So Normaly i would give -1 star... And i am really generous... With giving 1 star, but only for the live band. Dear dancers of the world, don't waste your time there!

I love this place and try to visit every January. The live band and atmosphere is amazing! That being said, I was very appalled during my visit Friday when the waiter charged us double for our drinks. He presented us with a hand written bill for approximately 1840 pesos or $120 US and told us cash only. While waiting for our taxi we realized that we only had 9 mixed drinks at 80 pesos each and 3 Dos Equis at 45 pesos each. I let management know and the waiter offered me 300 pesos. First off I paid $120 US and tipped him 400 pesos. At the exchange rate he ripped us off even more so he owed me 1200 pesos because we also double tipped on the inflated bill. Eventually the waiter gave me 800 pesos and I decided to accept and catch our taxi home. When we got outside I realized he slipped the 500 peso bill back out and I only had 300 pesos!!!! Oh well, I guess lesson learned. Just disappointed he decided to rip Us off because we were Americans

One of my favorite clubs in Cancun. Live music and cheap entrance fee.

Me and my boyfriend had a good night. It was good music, the live band was great and the atmosphere very good! However, I can only give one star due to our waiter! He knew that we dont speak fluently spanish as we were one of the only tourists there. We had to wait like 10 minutes for him to even pay attention to us although his colleague told him that we wanted to pay! - We could have just walked out I guess- Then he gave us two more beers and insisted that we ordered them! We just wanted to freaking pay!! We had no idea about the prices though...but he took 20% tip and was very rude to us! One of the worst encounters with a waiter in my life! And I work in the hospital industry myself! He should be ashamed!

The music was awesome!! And lots of skilled dancers. But novices as well! A fun place to go for a night out. Also. Be ready for a MALE strip show/lap dance. LOL BUT - be warned. The reviews are correct. The “waiter” just ushered us into the place and “randomly” sat us at a table. Then after a few drinks and two hours later when we were trying to settle the bill, they told us there was a $600peso charge for the table! And the other people who were sat next to us said their table change was $360pesos. What?!?! We pushed back and luckily spoke Spanish so he let us go. But I think he was just trying to take advantage of us as tourists. ASK before you are sat what t he charge is... and make sure it’s free. Otherwise it was a decent night out.
