★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelentes camiones con el peor servicio post venta. Al menos en la zona centro líder camión y camiones gr son talleres poco serios. Hay que sumarle que la disponibilidad de refacciones es pésima. Tengo un par de constellation 24.280 y es un buen camión con buenos consumos pero 1 en aprticular ha tenido problemas de que ha necesitado cambio de arneses de computadora y luces 2 veces, estas reparaciones rondan los 70 mil pesos y el problema es el tiempo que esta parado el camión (alrededor de 3 meses). Inssito en que son nuy buenos camiones pero tienen un larguisimo camino que recorrer en temas de postventa.
Excellent trucks with the worst after sales service. At least in the downtown area leading truck and gr trucks are little serious workshops. We must add that the availability of spare parts is very bad. I have a pair of constellation 24,280 and it is a good truck with good consumptions but 1 in aprticular has had problems that it has needed change of computer harnesses and lights 2 times, these repairs are around 70 thousand pesos and the problem is the time that is the truck stopped (about 3 months). I insist that they are very good trucks but they have a very long way to go in after-sales issues.
