Rojas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este taller es excelente, suelo tener mucha desconfianza cuando se trata de mi equipo de trabajo y normalmente llevo mis cosas a una AppleStore, pero esta vez en caso de urgencia fui con ellos y para mi sorpresa resultaron ser un centro autorizado por Apple. Esperaba que me cobraran una cantidad exagerada por reemplazar la pantalla de mi MacBook 16" 2017 pero el precio fue más razonable que lo que hubiera sido llevarla a la AppleStore y lo mejor de todo la pieza 100% original y con garantía, a parte de que la computadora quedó impecable por dentro y fuera. This workshop is excellent, I tend to be very suspicious when it comes to my work team and I usually take my things to an Apple Store, but this time in an emergency I went with them and to my surprise they turned out to be an Apple authorized center. I expected to be charged an exaggerated amount to replace the screen of my MacBook 16 "2017 but the price was more reasonable than it would have been to take it to the Apple Store and best of all the 100% original and guaranteed part, apart from the fact that the computer was impeccable inside and outside.

El tiempo de atención y reparación es excelente pero se recomienda hacer previa cita por teléfono o en la página oficial de Apple Apple's only authorized service to repair its products. The service and repair time is excellent but it is recommended to make an appointment by phone or on the official Apple website

Tuve que marcar a apple directo y enviarlo a cdmx a otro manager y ya me la enviaron nueva porque tenía fallas. Terrible service I took an iPad with warranty for revision with failures and in 24 HRS they marked me that I had nothing. I had to mark apple direct and send it to cdmx to another manager and they already sent me a new one because it had flaws.
