★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es muy buena, la atención de la mesera también lo es. Yo me encargaba de recomendar este lugar a conocidos y hasta extraños en grupos de Fb. Desgraciadamente el día de hoy me llevo un peeeesimo sabor de boca, lo que planee como una cena en pareja para disfrutar de una buena comida se convirtió en un desagradable momento con el dueño de este lugar, que no tiene tacto ni consideración para afrontar los problemas Internos sobre sus propias promociones. Termina culpando a la mesera o al cliente que solo quiere visitar el sitio y pasarla bien.
Actualización: yo no entre en detalles, pero ya viendo tu respuesta y que evidentemente no entendiste nada te lo vuelvo a explicar:
Consciente estaba de que la promoción es 2x1 en variedad de rollos y se cobra el más caro. Que haces cuando te llega alguien y te pide solamente una promoción de 2x1 en rollos de $140? Le cobras $140 por los dos. No es así?
Yo fui muy claro: "dame una promoción de un rollo de 140 con otro de 135" y mi pareja ordenó " dame un rollo de 80, con otro de 80". La muchacha no tomo apuntes del orden en los paquetes, tan es así que se fue y volvió a la mesa a preguntar cuáles habíamos pedido, entiendo que si haya Sido su culpa meter en desorden la comanda, pero era tan fácil como volver a ingresarla con el orden correcto tal y como te lo pedimos. No hemos mencionado que la única razón para grabar lo que estaba sucediendo fue porque TU AMENAZASTE a la mesera, que ella iba pagar a "el error", lo cual no es para nada justo y en ese momento se te grabó para que haya evidencia del trato que das a tus empleados. En ningún momento se ha buscado perjudicar, no te he dicho que me gusta/aba ir a tu establecimiento muchas veces? Y hasta ordenar a domicilio y recomendar... Con tu respuesta solo me das la razón de que tiene un pésimo manejo de conflictos y solito te exhibes... Pensaba volver pero con lo que has dicho solo me queda claro que tú piensas que es uno el que busca sacar provecho, cuando más bien tu te aprovechas de las oportunidades para cobrar más aún cuando se específica correctamenten los paquetes, pues al final la promoción es "selecciona 2 rollos y paga el de mayor precio" y fue exactamente lo que hice.
