Muchas veces cuando yo preguntaba por mi perrito, el entrenador me mandaba audios en estado de ebriedad, se molestaba por qué yo le preguntaba sobre cuando podía ir a verlo y en todo el mes que se lo quedó nunca me dio la oportunidad de hacerlo. Ponía pretextos, era grosero y borracho.
Cobra carísimo para lo básico que es el entrenamiento. Lo mas importante es que entrego a mi perrito super flaco, maltratado, sucio, y del collar que usaba para el entrenamiento lastimó a mi perrito.
En verdad fue muy desagradable todo el proceso con este señor.
MUY IRRESPONSABLE!
En petco entrenan a los perritos, ahí sí son profesionales, cuidadosos y nada caro comparado a este señor.

Many times when I asked about my puppy, the trainer would send me audios while intoxicated, he would get upset why I asked him about when I could go see him and in the whole month he stayed with him he never gave me the opportunity to do so. He made excuses, was rude and drunk.
It charges very expensive for the basics of training. The most important thing is that I gave my puppy super skinny, abused, dirty, and the collar he used for training hurt my puppy.
The whole process with this man was really very unpleasant.
VERY IRRESPONSIBLE!
In petco they train the dogs, there they are professionals, careful and not expensive compared to this man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El entrenamiento ofrecido carece de profesionalismo y calidad y no le brindan atencion a tu mascota. Los primeros dias de entrenamiento me generaban dudas del trato que este entrenador le daria a mi perro cuando yo no estuviera...
Mi perro sufrio de heridas y marcas en su cuello debido a los jalones que le daban con el "collar de castigo"... Nunca debi haberlo llevado ahi, mi perro bajo de peso y se veia deprimido y cada vez que intento pasearlo, cualquier presion en su garganta, hasta la mas simple, provoca que mi perro este tosiendo como si lo ahorcara. He buscado mas lugares de entrenamiento canino y les he platicado sobre mi perro, y me han dicho que estuvo mal utilizar ese collar de esa forma, tambien los veterinarios me lo dicen.
No confien sus mascotas a este lugar!!

I have looked for more places of canine training and I have told them about my dog, and they have told me that it was wrong to use that collar in that way, veterinarians also tell me.
