★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drove all the way from chacala because their website said that they allow pets at no extra charge. When we arrived, no one was there and the price was different from the internet price. They also denied us access for my dog which is a service dog, saying that they only allow small breeds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family of 3 had a wonderful time staying at this place.Humble simple place to stay with swimming pool which our 3 yrs old boy enjoyed so much. Located at Los ayala Nayarit Mexico very aunthentic town to experience the Mexican way of living and culture. 3mins walk to the beach and 10 mins drive to Rincon de Guayabitos. The owner is very nice and speak very good English. Locals are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They said they accept pets, once I arrived they said depending on the size of the pet, I have a middle size pet, so the owner wanted a deposit because of that, the personnel zero flexible, more worried to keep their boss happy than keeping the customer happy. There is A/C on the rooms, but you are only allowed to turn it on from 8 pm to 8 am, they will discontinue the A/C during the day.
Not a good experience at all, not a nice place not a good service.
