I cannot say enough about Mango Weddings and working with Anna / Anastasia. From the minute we started planning our wedding in Tulum, they went above and beyond my expectations. I started showing them inspirational photos and they took it from there. From suggesting venues, cake, flowers, decorations, photography, hair and makeup - they did it all, down to the last details. Anna was beyond amazing and super responsive to all of my questions, as many brides can relate to the last minute stresses that come with planning a wedding. In addition to the exceptional service Mango Weddings provided while planning the wedding, Anna and Anastasia were the absolute dream team the day of the wedding. From having to ride in Anna's car to the wedding venue because of bad traffic, to delivering the flower bouquets to the hotel room for pictures, to asking the bikini watchers from the beach to stay out of pictures - (laugh out loud). They were the absolute best. Anna made sure the wedding ceremony and reception flowed seamlessly with all of the itinerary events perfectly timed. Our wedding was incredible, a life changing event and a lot of the credit goes to Mango Weddings. This was the best day of our lives!!! Thanks to Anna and the team, of course! She helped me to organize every detail from the flowers to the wedding dinner. She advised on the best make up artists and florists in the area and she was able to manage everything and everyone. She even had a plan B in case of rain because the weather forecast was showing a big chance of rain. Luckily, we didn't need to change anything but it made me feel calm that we have a plan B for anything that could go wrong during this special day. Oh, and Anna speaks at least 3 languages which helped us a lot. Her prices are also the best in the area!!!

As a Covid separated couple from Argentina and Germany we married in November 2020 on very short notice in Cancun and chose Mango Weddings to organize everything. All our expectation were far exceeded. It has been a perfect combination of professionalism, very personal service and top organization. It has been a wonderful, romantic and happy marriage like in a Hollywood movie and we are blissfully happy having chosen Anna and her team. Thanks you so much! Exceptional Service! Working with Mango Weddings & Events to help us plan our destination wedding in Playa del Carmen was one of the best decisions we made! Due to the pandemic, our wedding had to be rescheduled two times after the original 2020 date was set. While not ideal whatsoever, Mango made the process so much smoother than if we were on our own. Anastasia was very responsive, easy to communicate with, organized, and had many vendor/ hotel connections in the area. All of the recommended vendors were super great to work with and helped make our big day extra special. Highly highly recommended! Thank you again so much for making our wedding day beyond amazing!

Dream Wedding Brought To Life! Anastasia and her partner, Anna, went above and beyond our expectations to give us the most magical wedding weekend! I am completely blown away by the professionalism, attention to detail, and effort that was put into planning our wedding. Going into a destination wedding, I felt like there was a lot out of our control and was prepared for a lot of compromising but Anastasia made everything so easy and attainable. You can tell she has been in the industry for so long because her experience shows in her work. I absolutely loved working with them and highly recommend to anyone considering a wedding in Quintana Roo area!

We worked with the Mango team to plan our destination wedding in the Riviera Maya, and the experience was excellent. From the first minute through to the last, Anastasia & Ana were amazing to work with. Before we even hired them, they spent days with us location scouting, driving us around, and were full of tips, ideas, and recommendations for our wedding. As we are based in Europe, the planning for our event was done almost 100% virtually, and they always made themselves available for us whenever we wanted. Even though our wedding was not the simplest to plan – we were combining a lot of different nationalities, cultures, languages, traditions, etc. – the Mango team made it seem easy, accommodated all our requests, and did their best to make us feel comfortable at each step. Sometimes it seemed almost impossible to accomplish everything in the given time frame, but Anastasia & her team got it done. In the end we had our dream wedding, the day went perfectly, and we are so thankful to have had them with us! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ana & Anastasia and we would highly recommend them for all wedding needs!

It has been over a month since our wedding in Tulum and I am still at a loss for words when its comes to trying to explain the significance that Mango Weddings had on our special day. Let me just preface this by saying that I have never attended a wedding before (yes, my OWN wedding was the first one I ever went to! ) so I was extremely nervous / anxious to plan. Not only this, but I was planning a destination wedding, site unseen, in the middle of covid-craziness. I knew I needed a planner, so after some research, I reached out to Mango Weddings. I received an almost immediate response from Anastasia, and never looked back :) From our initial contact, Anastasia answered all my questions and then some. She provided me with example pricing spreadsheets, PDF presentations of venue options, and even went as far as reaching out to the ones I was interested in to provide me with date availability for the months we wanted to get married in. This was all BEFORE I even signed a contract. Once I picked a venue, date, and locked in a contract with them, the entire process from beginning to end was effortless. Anastasia handled almost all the communication with the vendors, scheduled calls whenever I wanted to touch base, was highly proficient and organized when it came to budgeting / tracking payments, provided so much helpful insight and always gave her honest opinion. We landed in Mexico 5 days before the wedding. Anastasia met me about an hour outside the airport in Playa Del Carmen to collect final payment and day of wedding items. That was literally the only wedding "to do" I had all week. She took care of everything - and I mean EVERYTHING. On the day of our wedding I woke up and everything fell into place. You could not imagine a more perfect day, stress free day. From her counterpart Anna showing up to facilitate everything, to the makeup artists arriving, to the photographers arriving, the flowers being delivered, to the busses arriving. I didn't have my phone on me all day and all of this was coordinated behind the scenes it was seriously incredible. I showed up to the venue and walked down the isle and it was my first time seeing the entire set up, let alone the venue and it was more perfect than I ever could have imagined. All night long my husband and I had guests coming up to us telling us how beautiful everything was, how amazing everything flowed, how professional the vendors / workers were, etc. I get emotional thinking about it! Not to mention Anastasia also helped coordinate our rehearsal dinner AND organized covid tests for ALL of our guests prior to our flight departures back home. I can not think of one thing that went wrong on our wedding day. Every single decision we made and vendor we chose was by the direction of Mango and we put our trust in them and it 10000% paid off. In many years when I look back at our wedding I will still think of Anastasia and the Mango team. It wouldn't have been possible without them. Best decision we ever made :)
