★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place to work and have coffee. The only problem is that their wifi can be patchy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place a lot and the coffee is great. The problem is 3 out of 4 times I’ve been here, they’re constantly having internet problems. This last time they served me coffee in a dirty mug. So much for Covid protocols. Frustrating experience here. Hopefully they will improve.
Edit (Feb ‘22): here again and the internet issue hasn’t been resolved. It’s a pity as myself and others would come here more often if the internet was stable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best coffee's I had since a long time (and there are many in Merida). Why? 1. It is Italian owned. 2. In the back of the store they have their own coffee beans roaster machine! Can you believe that? Ain't get fresher than that. Bonus: staff is super friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great drinks, delicious food, calm location and slow internet.
I’ve been here twice and both times, everything I consumed was delicious.
The pricing is adequate as well for what you get.
While the location would be great for some work, the internet was the exact opposite. As I only got a couple of mb down, breaks, and a weak signal, it was impossible to do anything from outside.
Apart from that, it’s worth to check it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greedy managment not staffing the cafe with enough people to run the place and the customer suffers during busy times
Wonderful hard product. Coffee was wonderful. That's where the good stuff stops.
The servers are so overworked and the restaurant needs to double their manpower. Waited over an hour for avacado on toast then they only brought one and had to wait again for the second one we ordered. Asked for water about 4 times while waiting in the sun. Never came had to go get it myself. Ordered drinks that never came. Could hear all the other tables also complaining. They have one Barista when there should be 3 for the amount of people in the cafe. The food was average at best. Asked to speak the manager and he was too busy to even respond.
The owner needs to rethink their business model and only open half the tables if they don't have the staff. Really bad experience.
Avoid this place during weekends unless you want to ruin your weekend vibes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an amazing cafe with the best coffee in this neighborhood. You must try their cold brewed coffee with apple juice and mojito. I never thought they would make such a great combination. I went to this cafe at least 7 times for either breakfast or lunch. Fresh ingredients and good services. My waitress Alicia is the friendliest and most helpful person! See you guys next time I visit Merida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never had a cold brew smoothie and this avocado mango yogurt smoothie was so fresh and tasty. Also good cold brew in the bottle. Nice ambience, green space, and chill vibe.
