A Lalo le doy 5 estrellas porque se toma su tiempo y sabe lo que hace. You have to make an appointment and ask for Lalo or Manrique to attend you, but he is never there. Me jaloneo el cabello y yo venia saliendo de un esguince cervical, se la pasó cantando y coqueteando con los clientes y casi me quema con la secadora. Tengo entendido que no es el dueño sino el ayudante o algo así pero igual no lo recomiendo ya que contrata a ese tipo de personas. Super amable la señora que lava el cabello, es lo único rescatable. Horrible service, he is one of those who does what he thinks is right and not what you ask for. He pulled my hair and I was coming out of a cervical sprain, he spent the whole time singing and flirting with the clients and almost burned me with the dryer. I understand that he is not the owner but the assistant or something like that but I still do not recommend him since he hires that type of person. The lady who washes the hair is super friendly, she is the only thing that can be saved.

En cuanto a costos pudiera parecer elevado pero vale la pena. Excellent service, very friendly. I went with my daughter for a haircut and we were both very happy, you have to make an appointment.
