★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones son bastante agradables, no obstante en ocasiones se presentan fallas en los servicios (por ejemplo falta de agua caliente en invierno), la atención es otro aspecto a considerar y depende mucho de quien te atiende. La relación costo-beneficio es "aceptable".
The facilities are quite nice, however sometimes there are failures in services (for example, lack of hot water in winter), attention is another aspect to consider and it depends a lot on who attends you. The cost-benefit ratio is "acceptable".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dejan agua para tomar en la habitación, no dejan papel higiénico, el Internet super.lento, no hay televisión en las habitaciones, en la hab 13 hay como un generador el.cual hace ruido en la habitación y no deja dormir. Y no hay servicio de lavandería. NO lo recomiendo.
They do not leave water to drink in the room, they do not leave toilet paper, the Internet is super slow, there is no television in the rooms, in room 13 there is like a generator which makes noise in the room and does not let you sleep. And there is no laundry service. I do not recommend it.
