★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location...BUT...No one to Greet you. You let yourself in and wait till someone shows up to give you a room key and when our room key didn't work we got in with other people's keys. Very odd management. Stayed 3 nights and never got clean towels and no toilet paper. The shower would flood up around your ankles. Very thin sheets for the cold evenings. It is not a 3.6 star hotel. More like a 1.
No visible management and could possibly be dangerous if all you have is a camera to watch the lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to check-in twice no one was here. Hotels.com said there is only a four hour checkin window. I came back again 1500 next day again no one here. The price is non-refundable and I got scammed. Stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the hotel 2 weeks prior and when I arrived they told me there was no room for me. They said they couldn't contact me, but they had my phone number and email via booking. It was very disappointing since I had just arrived from an international trip, luckily there was other hotels nearby,but I lost a lot of money because of their inability to contact me
