★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there are 6 I would have given 7! This place is a hidden treasure. They service, staff, location and the hotel rooms are out of this world. This is one of top places I have ever stayed in and the experience really blowed my mind. Very recommended when in Merida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mother and I made dinner reservations here for Christmas Eve and the food was outstanding. We enjoyed a four course meal in an exquisite setting - we sat right next to a fountain in the hotel's beautiful courtyard. The atmosphere and decor of the hotel was amazing. There was also wonderful musical entertainment to accompany our meal. The wait staff were so helpful and friendly. We did not stay the night, but what we saw of the hotel as dinner guests was very nice. It is centrally located right next to the Catedral de San lldefonso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't need to visit this hotel to see the unpopularity it has gained thanks to the video circulating on Facebook and Twitter. Just search the name of this hotel and you'll see how the owner treats their guests. Avoid at all costs this place. I'm glad I read the comments and avoided scheduling a stay here in my next trip. I surely hate people who think they're above anyone else, specially from someone who says it's their hobby running a business. I don't care what their awards from last year were, this is 2022 and this is their current treatment to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful outdoor space to have dinner with family and friends while enjoying regional music right in downtown Merida. The food is second to none, the servers are kind and respectful, the owner is a pleasure to talk with. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been trying different places for breakfast in Merida as our hotel didn't offer it, and this was by far the best. We only came for breakfast, but we were wowed with the patio and the food was delicious and service impeccable. An amazing place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had good service and a nice lunch at this beautiful hotel's restaurant. We enjoyed the guacamole as well as sikil pak which is a pumpkin seed dip as appetizers. We shared a club sandwich for our main dish. A word of warning, the meals are extremely large! The food was very good, and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We chose to dine inside to take advantage of the air conditioning as it was nearly 40° outside.
