Cuidado con estas personas,,,,,,se les mando dinero para la compra de 3 manteles y hasta ahora no los han mandado y ya va para casi dos meses,,,,y solo dicen ya los envie y promten la guia de embarque pero nunca la dan......sugiero no mandar el pago anticipadamente.... FINALMENTE ,,,,DESPUES DE VARIOS INTENTOS MANDARON MANTELES,,,SOLO UNO DE LOS SOLICITADOS Y DOS QUE NO ERAN DEL TAMAÑO.....SE LES BUSCO PARA VER PROCEDIMIENTO PARA REGERSAR LOS DOS ERRONEOS, PERO YA NO CONTESTARON.....LOS MANTELES SON BUENOS PERO SOLO SUGIERO COMPRAR EN LA TIENDA,,,,,

Me da mucha pena tener que dirigirme por este medio para mostrar la misma queja e inconformidad de esta compañia. Igualmente ya vamos para dos meses que pagamos en su totalidad la compra de unas colchas y cojines. Nos dijeron que estarian llegando como en 10 dias. Nos enviaron solo una parte del pedido sin avisarnos que no lo habian enviado completo. Aduciendo un error en el servicio de Mensajeria Quedaron de enviar el resto del pedido inmediatamente junto con el numero de Guia y ya han pasado 3 semanas de eso sin que hayan enviado el numero de Guia siquiera. Lo mas mal, es que no contestan en ningun medio de comunicacion. Eso solo hace pensar que no estan actuando correcta ni profesionalmente. A mi me atendio la Sra. Lauris y el Sr. Adan Adame ( Por cierto este Sr. Adan paso dos veces la tarjeta de debito aduciendo que la primera vez no la leyo bien la maquina, pero en mi banco si me cobraron dos veces la misma cantidad el mismo dia, es decir se cobro el 100% del pedido cuando el trato era que se iba a pagar 50% solamente ese dia y el resto cuando llegara el pedido. No quiero pensar mal pero son muchas coincidencias. Arturo entiendo que si tu eres pariente de ellos y estas preocupado de lo que esta pasando por favor danos tu numero de contacto para explicarte mas directamente y dar una solucion a este problema.
