★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena opción si no te sientes seguro con los talleres mecánicos y quieres un servicio lo más parecido a la gencia sin el costo. La ventaja es que aqui si puedes realmente ver las fallas en tu auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención al cliente buena pero trabajo realmente malo; lleve mi auto por un ruido que tenía al momento de acelerar, primero le hicieron un servicio con el cual se suponía que quedaría y siguió con el ruido, después me dijeron que era la caja de velocidades y paso lo mismo, me cobraron dos servicios por no repararle el problema por el cual lo lleve.
Experiencia muy mala para ser sincero y nada recomendables.
Good customer service but really bad job; I took my car because of a noise it had when accelerating, first they did a service with which it was supposed to stay and the noise continued, then they told me it was the gearbox and the same thing happened, they charged me two services for not repair the problem for which you take it.
Very bad experience to be honest and not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tener cuidado con las piezas de su vehículo, perdieron/robaron la tapa de motor de mi vehículo y como no está dentro de los componentes de la lista no se hicieron responsables. Deja mucho que pensar del mantenimiento y procedimientos a los vehículos. La atención por parte de quién recibe el coche y el gerente fue buena sin embargo con esto no regresaré y pongo en duda la honestidad del servicio. Si esto pasa con piezas de gran tamaño no quiero imaginarme cómo van con piezas pequeñas.
Fue mi error poner en confianza el establecimiento y no revisarlo cuando me fue entregado, espero no les pase lo mismo. Aunado a esto mi vehículo empezó a tirar aceite y ya no enciende, ya ni por error lo llevaré de nuevo y menos los recomendaré. Pésimo "taller"
-El vehículo nos fue entregado el día 11 de marzo y hasta la fecha no hemos tenido una respuesta.
-La batería es de agosto 2021.
-Reitero, no tengo problemas con la atención brindada pero si con el servicio.
Yo también lamento la situación y espero trabajen en ello para evitar futuras malas experiencias como la mía.
Be careful with the parts of your vehicle, the engine cover of my vehicle was lost/stolen and since it is not among the components on the list, they were not responsible. It leaves a lot to think about the maintenance and procedures to the vehicles. The attention on the part of who receives the car and the manager was good, however with this I will not return and I question the honesty of the service. If this happens with large pieces I don't want to imagine how they go with small pieces.
It was my mistake to trust the establishment and not check it when it was delivered to me, I hope the same does not happen to them. In addition to this, my vehicle began to leak oil and it no longer starts, I will not take it again by mistake and I will even less recommend them. lousy "workshop"
-The vehicle was delivered to us on March 11 and to date we have not had a response.
-The battery is from August 2021.
-I reiterate, I have no problems with the care provided but with the service.
