★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, dejan las cosas mal y después te quieren cobrar por venir arreglar lo que ellos dejaron mal. Pésimo servicio, nada recomendable, ahórrate la mala experiencia. En especial el “técnico” Francisco quien es bastante grosero.
 Very bad service, they leave things wrong and then they want to charge you for coming to fix what they left wrong. Terrible service, nothing recommended, save yourself the bad experience. Especially the "technician" Francisco who is quite rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que requería era la colocación de una mezcladora, el cambio de una tarja y la tubería de desagüe. El señor asistió puntual a la visita y realizó el trabajo con descuido a las cosas que le proporcionamos y a los muebles. Por otra parte la mezcladora quedó floja y al momento de colocar la tubería rompió una llave de paso, se comprometió a repararla y yo ponía el material pero no se presentó a la cita que habíamos acordado y hasta el momento no he tenido ninguna respuesta de su parte. Considero que por el mal trabajo que realizo cobro demasiado ($1,700) Ya que sólo 1 de las 3 cosas que tenía que arreglar la dejo bien pero me dejó una fuga por la llave que rompió.
The service required was the placement of a mixer, the change of a tarja and the drain pipe. The man attended the visit on time and did the job with carelessness to the things we provide and the furniture. On the other hand the mixer was loose and at the time of placing the pipe broke a stopcock, promised to repair it and I put the material but did not show up for the appointment we had agreed and so far I have not had any response from your part. I think that because of the bad work I do I charge too much ($ 1,700) Since only 1 of the 3 things I had to fix left it well but left me a leak for the key that broke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien el trabajo realizado, pero nunca me dijeron que el mínimo por cualquier trabajo eran 1,400, lo cual me parece muy caro para un cambio de mezcladora de fregadero. Siempre pregunten mínimos.
Well the work done, but they never told me that the minimum for any job was 1,400, which seems very expensive to me for a change of sink mixer. Always ask minimum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevaba años con el problema de no tener agua caliente. El boiler calentaba mucho y no se podía mediar. Ya lo habían revisado varios plomeros y nunca se había resuelto. Ellos me lo resolvieron con un servicio profesional y de calidad! además muy amables y atentos! :)
