★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me habían programado un servicio a las 15:00 hr, no llegaban y tuve que marcar para solicitar información sobre el servicio y resulta que me tenia que esperar hasta las 4 de la tarde. La atención es muy mala y el servicio a cliente pésimo, no entiendo como tienen una certificación ISO 9001:2015 donde el enfoque es el cliente, y no se como den cumplimiento a su Política de Calidad.
I had scheduled a service at 3:00 pm, they did not arrive and I had to dial to request information about the service and it turns out that I had to wait until 4:00 in the afternoon. The service is very bad and the customer service terrible, I do not understand how they have an ISO 9001: 2015 certification where the focus is the client, and I do not know how they comply with their Quality Policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque ahí no venden el producto, si puedes contratar ahí cualquier servicio que necesites en cuestiones de plagas o sanitizaciones. Tienen un muy buen servicio y atienden en tiempo y forma. Controlan bien las plagas y le dan un seguimiento correcto al problema. Tienen precios accesibles que en otros lados abusan y en ocasiones no cuentan con los equipos o materiales no tóxicos.
Although they do not sell the product there, if you can hire there any service you need in matters of pests or sanitizations. They have a very good service and attend in a timely manner. They control pests well and correctly track the problem. They have affordable prices that are abused elsewhere and sometimes they do not have non-toxic equipment or materials.
