★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es agradable, tranquilo a las afueras de la ciudad, el ambiente se presta para platicar y tomar decisiones. Tiene amplio estacionamiento. La atención es buena, se puede mejorar pero en general bien, los precios me parecen algo caros con respecto a otros notarios(comparando). Como desventaja se encuentra un poco lejos para los que vivimos en zona más céntrica.
The place is nice, quiet on the outskirts of the city, the environment lends itself to talk and make decisions. It has ample parking. The attention is good, it can be improved but in general well, the prices seem somewhat expensive compared to other notaries (comparing). As a disadvantage it is a bit far for those of us who live in a more central area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LLEGUÉ A ESA NOTARÍA PORQUE MI CONTRAPARTE EN EL NEGOCIO ASÍ LO PIDIÓ SUPONGO QUE POR BARATO, pero lo que te ahorras en dinero lo gastas en tiempo y vueltas y más vueltas, la gente que te atiende es de muy poca o nula experiencia, uno tiene que explicarles con manzanas lo que deberían saber al estar trabajando ahí.
Cuando pides hablar con el notario, parece que no te está cobrando, esperas horas (literalmente) y te atiende como si le urgiera ir al baño, luego que "te resuelve" lo vuelve a delegar en un asistente que no tiene idea, y empieza una serie de malos entendidos y más vueltas.
Para colmo de males es de los notarios que por lo que leí en la prensa perdió temporalmente su patente por no tener en orden su documentación con el SAT.
Si no atiende lo propio, imagínense lo ajeno, si van a hacer un testamento pueden confiar en los servicios de sus pobres asistentes y rezar porque no extravíen o tarden demasiado en inscribirlo.
Pero si el trámite es ligeramente más complicado que eso, corran a otra Notaría.
En resumen, pésima atención, son muy lentos y desordenados, al menos ahora ya lo sé y nunca más haré un negocio ahí.
I CAME TO THAT NOTARY'S OFFICE BECAUSE MY COUNTERPARTY IN THE BUSINESS WAS REQUESTED SO I SUPPOSE THAT IT IS CHEAP, but what you save in money you spend in time and round and round, the people who serve you have little or no experience, one has than to explain to them with apples what they should know when they are working there.
When you ask to speak with the notary, it seems that he is not charging you, you wait hours (literally) and he attends you as if he were urging you to go to the bathroom, after he "solves you" he delegates it again to an assistant who has no idea, and begins a series of misunderstandings and more twists and turns.
To make matters worse, it is one of the notaries who, from what I read in the press, temporarily lost their patent for not having their documentation with the SAT in order.
If you do not take care of your own, imagine what is foreign, if you are going to make a will you can trust the services of your poor assistants and pray that they do not lose or take too long to register it.
But if the process is slightly more complicated than that, run to another Notary.
In short, terrible attention, they are very slow and messy, at least now I know it and I will never do a business there again.
