★ ★ ★ ★ ★ de las experiencias mas horribles que he tendido, en verdad en esa zona la mayoria se sienten lo maximo, ese negocio en particular los empleados son totalmente frios al cliente!!! no atienden bien, son super pesados y te ignoran todo el tiempo. lo unico bueno son la calidad del producto pero por la maquinas que hacen la chamba bien porque si fuera por los empleados nunca volveria. te hacen esperar mucho para todo y siempre se organizan super mal , se ve que odian su vida y su trabajo.
que lastima que haya gente que tiene este tipo de negocios y son asi malos para llevar un negocio.

Y en mi caso la atención vía telefono fue insufrible e ineficiente, me atendió una señorita que simplemente no quería atenderme; incluso al pedirle sus datos bancarios para pagarles por adelantado, parecía que la estaba insultando. Me atendieron mejor por WhatsApp o en sucursal.
Good print quality and reasonable prices. But they can greatly improve your customer service. And in my case, the attention by phone was insufferable and inefficient. I was attended by a young lady who simply did not want to attend to me; Even by asking for her bank details to pay them in advance, it seemed like he was insulting her. I was better served by WhatsApp or at the branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las impresiones estuvieron increíbles y super rápido y fueron uno de los pocos impresores que me permitían llevar mis prendas. En cuanto al precio, también creo que estuvo bien, no se me hizo caro. Lo único que no me gustó es la forma en la que atienden, casi todos parecen estar molestos, las chicas del mostrador platican mucho al punto de que parece que te están ignorando y una de ellas tiene una vibra muy pesada. El señor que imprimió las prendas fue muy amable, creo que hizo un trabajo excelente ?
Si volvería a ir definitivamente, aunque sea incómodo estar ahí :v
The prints were amazing and super fast and they were one of the few printers that allowed me to wear my clothes. As for the price, I also think it was good, it was not expensive. The only thing I did not like is the way they attend, almost everyone seems to be annoyed, the girls at the counter talk a lot to the point that it seems that they are ignoring you and one of them has a very heavy vibe. The man who printed the garments was very kind, I think he did an excellent job ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención no es muy buena en mostrador, el precio es elevado por ser impresión directa, no te explican cuando una impresión te va a salir al doble o al triple por ser "plasta" y no te atienden a menos de que vayas directamente a su local, lo cual te hace perder mucho tiempo si vas por pocas piezas, pero la impresión es muy buena, te saca de muchos apuros, las personas en las impresoras, todos son mucho mas amables que en mostrador.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y buen trato. Bastante costoso para imprimir pocas prendas, pero, son de buena calidad y quedan al momento. Máximo 40 minutos para 4 prendas con impresión en dos lados, ya con el tiempo de secado y enfriado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los chicos en el mostrador son amables, te dan el precio real de tus prendas y a pesar de no darte muchos detalles de la impresión son muy atentos, si llegas temprano en menos de 40 min ya están listas tus prendas y es rápido.
Como ya dijeron en otros comentarios tengan cuidado con las chicas que por lo generan atienden desde medio día en adelante ya que solo te ignoran por estar chismeando con todo mundo, te quieren cobrar de más solo por que la impresión se pase 1cm aun que antes le hayan dado medidas en la computadora, no te aclaran dudas y hasta parecen molestas cada que les preguntas algo, en conclusión el lugar es bueno, la impresión es de muy buena calidad pero si deben mejorar su atención con el cliente para evitar problemas si a las chicas no les gusta su trabajo mejor que se dediquen a otra cosa.

As they have already said in other comments, be careful with the girls who generally attend from noon onwards since they only ignore you for gossiping with everyone, they want to charge you more just because the impression goes 1cm even though before they have given measurements on the computer, they do not clarify doubts and they even seem annoyed every time you ask them something, in conclusion the place is good, the printing is of very good quality but if they should improve their customer service to avoid problems if the girls don't like their job better to do something else.
