★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un plan con 41 comidas aplicando un cupón del 50% obtenido desde la página y al final no lo quisieron hacer válido, argumentando que fue un error en sistema, me dieron opción de que me daban 10 créditos más y no los 20 que me restaban, lo cual no acepte, me dieron la opción de regresarme la mitad de lo que había pagado ya que había consumido 20 créditos,la cuál acepte pero ahora me dicen que puede tardar 30 días en hacer efectiva la devolución. Al día de hoy sigo esperando mi devolución.
De las comidas a mi parecer no están balanceadas, mucho carbohidrato poca proteína y casi nada y en ocasiones nada de verduras.

Lamentablemente esta comida me produjo una infección intestinal de lo PEOR… no me daba algo así desde que era niña….QUÉ MIEDO! Prefiero comer atún en lata y slim fast para siempre que volver a probar alguna vez esta comida tan terriblemente tratada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve la mala experiencia de poner mi alimentación con ellos y son LO PEOR. Las porciones son míseras.... varias veces intercambiaron mi pedido con lo de algún otro cliente.
Te atascan de arroz o pasta.
Cuando quieres substituir Carbos por verduras. Te mandan como 4 espinacas con dos rodajas de jitomate.
Múltiples veces me quejé y solo decían.
Lo lamentamos fue error de cocina.
No puedes pedir tu dinero de regreso.
Es espantoso su servicio.
NO CONTRATAR POR NADA DEL MUNDO AQUÍ.
I had the bad experience of putting my feed on them and they are THE WORST. The portions are meager... several times they exchanged my order with that of some other customer.
They stuff you with rice or pasta.
When you want to substitute Carbos for vegetables. They send you like 4 spinach with two slices of tomato.
Multiple times I complained and they just said.
Sorry, it was a kitchen error.
You can't ask for your money back.
Your service is horrible.
DO NOT HIRE FOR ANYTHING IN THE WORLD HERE.

Horrible, sassy customer service.
