Son casas medianas pegadas, con vigilante y portón eléctrico para los residentes.
Tienen una pequeña área de juegos para niños y como 3 asadores, también tienen área de estacionamiento para visitas.
Si se ve un poco viejo y descuidado, le falta una manita de gato pero la parte de afuera está muy bonito
