★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia de hoy acudi a hacer mi pago de la poliza; eran las 15:30 hrs y estaba cerrado; me dieron las 16:40 hrs y seguia cerrado; total que, segun atn a clientes de Mapfre CDMX, los viernes y sabados laboran en ofnas hasta las 15:00 hrs.
Un detalle muy mal. Deberian corregir su horario.
Today I went to make my payment of the policy; It was 3:30 pm and it was closed; They gave me 4:40 p.m. and it was still closed; Total, according to Mapfre CDMX clients, on Fridays and Saturdays they work at ofnas until 3:00 p.m.
A very bad detail. They should correct their schedule.
