Fatal! The employees had no initiative to assist me and when someone finally did, the system did not work! They agreed to send me a quote and I never received anything.

Bad very bad service if you are going to hire this insurance think about it when you have claims they never come and the worst is k x x o and they never take care of the repair of water damage.

Terrible attention, it is unfortunate that you are paying them for their services and even so they treat you in the worst way, almost to the point of making you feel that they are doing you a favor by attending you.
