★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una estrella porque no puedo poner menos- 100. Pésima experiencia con Mapfre , servicio, actitud, seguimiento todo pésimo etc. Desde el 01 de dic el auto entro al taller. El presupuesto de trabajo aprobado previamente incluía todas las partes, luego el taller diciendo que habían gastos que no estaban incluidos. Reciclaron piezas, me mintieron, no lo comenzaron a trabajar a tiempo. Apenas la última semana de Diciembre fui al taller sin avisar y el auto tenía solo 3 días de trabajo. En resumen:más de un mes sin auto, aún no entregan, reciclaron piezas y nadie da la cara. El próximo año no renovare póliza con Mapfre ni nunca más. Una vergüenza absoluta.
 One star because I can't put less - 100. Terrible experience with Mapfre, service, attitude, follow-up, everything is terrible. Since December 1, the car entered the workshop. The previously approved work budget included all the parts, then the workshop saying that there were expenses that were not included. They recycled parts, they lied to me, they didn't start it on time. Just the last week of December I went to the garage without warning and the car had only 3 days of work. In short: more than a month without a car, they still haven't delivered, they recycled parts and nobody shows their face. Next year I will not renew a policy with Mapfre or ever again. An absolute shame.
