Terrible service. I was improperly charged and it took over a month to refund it and the refund was $600 less than the amount charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bunch of bandits! They declare a break-in into the car as vandalism so that they don't have to pay for the damage, although it is actually insured. Dealing with Mapfre's "emergency support" makes you feel like you've been robbed twice...
