★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena empresa de seguros, no dejando de lado que no es la más barata, pero si es una de las mejores, como cualquier otra empresa aseguradora, tiene sus problemas que no se pueden dejar de lado, pero en el mercado asegurador quisiera saber cuál no los tiene, todas han tenido sus problemas y ninguna se salva, pero no quiere decir que tengan buenos productos así como buena reputación, por eso siempre es bueno leer todo lo que está en las condiciones generales del producto que se adquiere, así que cada quien tiene también la libertad de escoger lo que más le convenga, pero de favor, lean lo que les están vendiendo y más tratándose de productos intangibles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, el día 12 de abril tuve un accidente en el que mi auto fue determinado pérdida total, al día de hoy no tengo una respuesta. He intentado comunicarme a los teléfono que aparecen en mi póliza de seguro, los que aparecen en internet y nada... lamentablemente no puedo estar yendo a el corporativo que esta ubicado en B. Quintana...
Nadie me da la cara...
Espero el Sr. René Hernández encargado de Siniestros se pueda comunicar conmigo el tiene mis datos.
No lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo contratar MAPRFE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor que existe en tema de seguros, uno tiene que estar tras de ellos para que hagan su chamba si no no se mueve nada. Seguramente quien le ponga 5 estrellas es por qué trabaja ahí... Mi caso es simple, un proceso que les debió tomar 5 días a lo mucho ya va para 4 semanas y sigo sin entender que sucede, cada que llamo me dicen algo diferente. Pierden información, confunden expedientes... y tengo que estar llamando a ellos y a la agencia! Si no no dicen absolutamente nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevan meses llamándome por una supuesta cotización QUE YO NO PEDÍ, yo no tengo en auto que mencionan y hay días que me llaman más de 15 veces. Solo dicen que me borrarán de su base y no lo hacen. No siquiera puedo bloquearlos porque es un conmutador ?
They have been calling me for months for a supposed quote THAT I DIDN'T ASK, I don't have the car they mention and there are days when they call me more than 15 times. They just say they will erase me from their base and they don't. I can't even block them because it's a toggle ?
