★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un siniestro en agosto y pésimo el servicio ....aún espero la copia del deducible para poner una queja.....tardan horas en atender el teléfono .....y no se diga las del módulo de quejas
I had a sinister in August and lousy service .... I still wait for the copy of the deductible to file a complaint ..... take hours to answer the phone ..... and do not say the complaints module

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, 8 meses han pasado desde el siniestro y aún no me han entregado mi auto, no tienen calidad de servicio, quisieron ponerle partes usadas a mi auto y donde no se alcanza a ver a simple vista mal reparado o ni siquiera lo reparan dejan cables sueltos y le quitan piezas, no se hacen responsables de nada y solo se la viven levantando reportes y correos sin importarles las necesidades del cliente, jamás! Volveré a contratar una póliza aquí, si tienen oportunidad contraten en otro lado
Terrible service, 8 months have passed since the accident and they still have not delivered my car, they do not have quality of service, they wanted to put used parts in my car and where it is not possible to see at first glance badly repaired or they do not even repair it. Loose cables and they take parts away, they are not responsible for anything and they only live by raising reports and emails without caring about the needs of the client, ever! I will contract a policy here again, if you have the opportunity, contract elsewhere
