Llevo muchas semanas solicitando mi factura y no contestan ni se hacen responsables, seguro que en un siniestro la cosa irá peor. Poco profesionales seguro que con cualquier otro agente o broker tienen mejores precios.
Terrible service. Since you pay, they don't even answer you to give you your policy number. I have been requesting my invoice for many weeks and they do not answer or take responsibility, surely in a claim things will be worse. Unprofessional, sure that with any other agent or broker they have better prices.
