¡Cuidado! El seguro Mapfre de San Cristobal ofrece un pésimo servico... nada recomendable. Ayer tuve un percance con mi auto y me comuniqué a las 6:20 de la tarde. Me informaron que mandaban a alguien en 30-40 minutos. Le informo a los oficiales de tránsito y me dan ese tiempo antes de llevarse los carros a la comandancia argumentando que estaban bloqueando los carros. Un tiempo después, me narcan de Mapfre para decirme que no hay nadie en San Cristobal y que el ajustador llegaría de Tuxtla Gutiérrez y tardaría una hora en llegar. Para entonces, la policía y la persona que también se involucró en el accidente no querían esperar. Me presionan que o arreglaba, o se llevaban el carro a la comandancia. La persona evidentemente quería su carro arreglado al momento o dinero. Mapfre no llegaba y yo tenía a mi hija de 9 meses conmigo. Me obligan a mover el carro, que terminó de dañarse por tener la puerta sin poder cerrarse pero como argumentaba la policía que yo tenía seguro, no les importó. Para poder irme a mi casa y no tener a mi hija en esas condiciones, tuve qur darle al interesado el dinero que me pidió y Mapfre se presentó TRES HORAS DESPUÉS DE MI LLAMADA en mi domicilio. Una burla de servicio que además, no sale nada barato. ————————— Beware! If you are thinking on buying your car insurance with Mapfre, think twice. I had ab accident with my car and the person who was working in San Cristobal de las Casas was on vacation, so they didn’t show up until 3 hours after the accident. By then, the authorities forced me to move my car from the street where the accident happened, which caused more damage to the vehicle. The authorities qnd the person involved in the accident were putting pressure to get to an agreement. At first I didn’t want to accept this solution because I anyway have to pay a deductivle and the insurance then repairs the whole damage, but after the long wait and the pressure, plushaving my 9 month old daughter with me, my car door without being able to close and the STAFF FROM MAPFRE NOT SHOWING UP, I had no choice. We had to give the person the amount of money that he asked, plus pay our deductible separately. When I spoke to the people in charge of Mapfre before all of this happened, they didn’t care and they told me tondo what the authorities said. Mapfre’s service is the worst. The person arrived to my house at 9:20 pm.

They informed me that they would send someone in 30-40 minutes.
