★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente el Director de siniestros Jaime Salas, atiende de una manera prepotente y altanera, alardeando que si ko te gusta su atención lo reporte al 01800 que tiene una fila de quejas, creo que para ser el Director de siniestros debería de estar mas capacitado para la atención al cliente sobre todo cuando la víctima es a la persona que se Dirige. Imagínate como atenderán los subordinados Este tipo de empleados son los que te hacen alejarte de la marca y el servicio. entiendo que la empresa es buena pero el personal inadecuado.
Unfortunately, the Claims Director Jaime Salas attends in a arrogant and haughty way, boasting that if you like his attention he reports it to 01800 who has a row of complaints, I think that to be the Claims Director he should be more qualified for the Customer service, especially when the victim is the person they are targeting. Imagine how subordinates will serve These types of employees are what make you get away from the brand and the service. I understand that the company is good but the staff inadequate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un siniestro.. Fui el afectado y es la cosa más horrible... Todos los empleados hasta se enojan por un comentario o pregunta y responden enojados sobre todo los de taller y súper tardados.. Fue horrible mi experiencia con ellos...
Al último me entregaron mi vehículo y conectaron mal una manguera del agua que casi se me quemaba al llevarmelo
I had an accident... I was the one affected and it's the most horrible thing... All the employees even get angry because of a comment or question and they respond angrily, especially those from the workshop and super slow... My experience with them was horrible...
At last they gave me my vehicle and they badly connected a water hose that almost burned me when taking it away
