★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente es pésimo. Tienen un ejemplo abierto de cada paleta y en ningún sitio mencionan que no se pueden probar. Las chicas encargadas se dieron cuenta que iba a probarlas y solo me llamaron la atención hasta que la probé, supongo que para que hiciera la compra. Me sentí humillada porque me llamaron la atención en voz alta y ni se acercaron a hablarme del problema solo insistían en que debía pagarla desde el mostrador. Honestamente vi que esa paleta estaba probada pero no hubo manera en que tuvieran un poco de empatía.
Customer service is lousy. They have an open example of each palette and nowhere do they mention that you can't try them. The girls in charge realized that I was going to try them and they only caught my attention until I tried it, I guess so that I would make the purchase. I felt humiliated because they called my attention out loud and didn't even come to talk to me about the problem, they just insisted that I had to pay from the counter. I honestly saw that that palette was tried but there was no way they had any empathy.
