★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dueño cobra cualquier incidente de la maquinaria aunque no tenga la culpa el cliente, normalmente te entregan maquinas con averias para después cobrarlo, costos elevados de la maquinaria, no respetan los horarios de renta alegando que son 8 horas de renta tienes que forzosamente rentar a las 8 am para poder usar con comodidad la renta, el que atiende esta marcando todo el día para ver si ya desocupaste la maquina. Me atendio luis santiago y fue muy grosero, altanero e irrespetuoso.
The owner charges for any incident of the machinery even if the client is not to blame, normally they give you machines with breakdowns to later charge for it, high costs of the machinery, they do not respect the rental schedules alleging that it is 8 hours of rent you have to necessarily rent to 8 am to be able to comfortably use the rent, the attendant is dialing all day to see if you have already vacated the machine. I was attended by Luis Santiago and he was very rude, arrogant and disrespectful.
