THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THE CUSTOMER, IT WAS LITERAL THROWING THE MONEY IN THE GARBAGE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un malacate desde tijuana y se dañó al momento de utilizarlo, lo instalé siguiendo cada paso del instructivo que me mandaron y lo estuve utilizando con menos de 200kg paradas pruebas y después de dos semanas de uso se tronó la flecha de fuerza. Para la garantía me piden que lo envie de regreso donde me costara 28mil pesos los envíos y además del tiempo que se tomaran en revisarlo.
Me causa un gran problema que no tengan la capacidad de resolver problemas a distancia y se encierren en una sola idea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio al cliente. Se rento un compresor y a la primera semana comenzó a fallar de diferentes formas. Al parecer solo tienen un técnico disponible porque siempre dicen que no está, está ocupado, no fue hoy a trabajar etc. Muy lentos para resolver los problemas de sus equipos
