★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cotice con ellos una maquina para exportación, cuidado ya que te enganchan alargando tiempos y ofreciendo "soluciones" cuando ni siquiera ofrecen garantía. Poco recomendado si tu maquina no permanecerá en México.
Quote with them a machine for export, be careful since they hook you by lengthening times and offering "solutions" when they do not even offer a guarantee. Little recommended if your machine will not stay in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las máquinas son de malísima calidad, y el servicio al cliente deja muchísimo que desear, son pocos los empleados dispuestos a ayudarte y de todas formas no te pueden ayudar a arreglar máquinas tan mal hechas.
The machines are of terrible quality, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, there are few employees willing to help you and anyway they cannot help you fix such poorly made machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me explicaron el funcionamiento y capacitaron del equipo, tienen equios de entrega inmediata como el mio que compre un cabezal para un restaurante. 6 meses con el equipo y sin falla solo darle mantenimientos.
They explained the operation and trained the equipment, they have immediate delivery equipment like mine that bought a head for a restaurant. 6 months with the equipment and without fail, just give it maintenance.
