★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente, amable el chavo, te explica qué tiene y qué harán, les hacen servicio y quedan bien las máquinas. Además venden cosas/piezas que no se encuentran fácil en otro lado. Sólo que acaban de subir costos en el servicio de las máquinas.
Excellent, friendly guy, he explains what he has and what they will do, they service them and the machines look good. They also sell things/parts that are not easy to find elsewhere. Only that they just raised costs in the service of the machines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atención, muy groseros , no te explican, no te respetan , ni que nós fueran hacer el favor si por eso cobran y es más primero te cobran para darle servicio y después te cobran para ver que tiene la maquina y si la maquina ya no tiene compostura ellos ya te cobraron por darle servicio a una maquina que no sirve y si les dices algo del porque te hablan tan grosero, eso si ellos si se ofenden y ni las disculpas te dan . No regalen su dinero y su tiempo y mucho menos por malos tratos al cliente. Busquen mejores opciones.
Terrible attention, very rude, they do not explain to you, they do not respect you, nor that they would do us a favor if that is why they charge and it is more first they charge you to provide service and then they charge you to see what the machine has and if the machine no longer they have composure they already charged you for giving service to a machine that doesn't work and if you tell them something about why they speak so rudely to you, that is if they are offended and they don't even apologize. Do not give away your money and time, much less for mistreatment of the client. Look for better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues le puse una estrella porqué no me daba opción a escribir, pero bueno mi experiencia con esté lugar fue NEFASTA ya que los señores qué atienden ahí, son groseros ni siquiera son para mirarte, son déspotas y no te hacen valida la garantía, me cobraron carísimo por solo limpiarla, se supone que lleve mi maquina porque me reventaba el hilo a cada rato y no le hicieron nada.
ES UN ROBO DISFRASADO
Well, I gave it a star because it didn't give me the option to write, but well, my experience with this place was DISAPPOINTING since the gentlemen who attend there are rude, they don't even look at you, they are despots and they don't validate the guarantee, they charged me very expensive just to clean it, I'm supposed to bring my machine because the thread broke every time and they didn't do anything to it.

El servicio es verdaderamente completo y para el trabajo tan elaborado que se hace, el precio es muy razonable.
Hay piezas de todas, desde bandas hasta pies diferentes, venta de máquinas que realmente valen cada peso de lo que cuestan. Mucho mejor incluso que la singer que está por la viga, es el mejor lugar de toda la ciudad para máquinas de coser.
