Mar Adentro Diving - 77976 Mahahual

Was there late January 2022. One of the better places I've been snorkeling. Very close to the reef and views were amazing. People were very kind and that made our experience one to always treasure.

Ok, have 61 dives and this small dive shop was absolutely great to be with. Daniela was our dive guide and very professional and also so much fun as she truly enjoys diving and what she is doing. She really looked after us to assure all was well and even though I have my Advanced Padi license I appreciate when the guide is very attentive to your situation. I needed more weight halfway thru my dive and Daniela recognized this and swam over to give me a few of her weights! Monica is also working as an intern there as is super conscientious and nice. The boat are simple but the reef is only a 5 minute boat ride so was fine. Of all my dives I have Mar Dentro in top 5 for how friendly and nice they are, professional, and very reasonably priced THANK YOU Daniella and Monica for such a fun dive!. The 2nd dive at Las Perlas was so beautiful. Loved resting near the bottom with Daniela looking at the 3 lobsters and huge scorpionfish. We also saw rays and the coral and fish were beautiful. Amazing scuba experience at Mar Adentro diving! Totally recomended! The instructors are super-lovely. We had the luck of doing the introduction to diving with Renzo and Lorenzo, both had extra care and teached us a lot! The immersion was with Batiste who showed us the wonders of the caribbean sea!

Amazing! HIGHLY recommend! The diving was itself just beautiful, hawksbill turtle, loggerhead, great healthy corals. Beautiful dive site with knowledgeable dive masters! Renzo was the BEST, he helped my friend and I descend and ascend as we are new to diving!

We stopped here on a cruise and did a 1 tank dive with Renzo as our Dive Master. Everyone at the shop was incredibly nice and helpful. They were very accommodating to our short timeline, and Renzo even helped my wife correct some buoyancy issues she's had for ages while on the dive. I can't wait for a reason to go back, and I highly recommend this shop!

Great time with Mar Adentro on March 8, 2022. Had not been down for a few years and they made me feel welcome, even as the sole English speaker on one dive, and took great care of all of us. Los Escalones was amazing! Had a turtle swim right up to us and saw a huge lime green eel, big lobsters, sea cucumber and the biggest hermit crab I’ve ever seen. Lots of beautiful fish and the corals were healthy, vibrant, and varied. Very memorable and reignited my love of this sport. Thank you!

We came for a Discover Scuba Diving session and it was amazing!! The team is super professional and took very good care of us from start to finish. Our instructor Daniela was super nice and helped us ease our anxiety for diving, she was very patient, professional and took her time guiding us through the process. The marine life was beautiful! We saw lots of corals, parrotfish, barracudas and even a sting ray! Would recommend this diving shop 100%! very good vibes and it’s obvious these people love what they’re doing and want to share it with others. Thank you thank you thank you!! ❤️

Super relaxed, perfectly safe scuba diving for beginners, advanced and experienced divers. Friendly, personal and very professional service from the moment you step in to the dive center until moment you leave. Straight forward briefing for experienced divers, extended personal care for first timers or people who haven't been diving for a while. Everything is beeing prepared and brought to the boat at the beach, just a few footsteps away. Local diving takes between 5 and 10 minutes of boat travel and there are lots of nice things to find, i say this as an experienced diver. Special thanks to Monica and Anatol, awesome job guys !!
