★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Tuvimos un erro de nuestra parte por medidas lo asumimos volvimos a pagar y ellos fueron a medir para la última ventana que faltaba. En el momento de la instalación la medida por parte de ellos quedó mal y por tanto no querían asumir el error , con excusas. Tuve que pelear y la empleada se puso de tu a tu conmigo haciéndome pasar un mal rato. A la final perdieron un cliente y recomendación!! Dan pena por el mal trato que hacen a sus clientes. Muy decepcionada de este proveedor!!!
Terrible service. We had an error on our part due to measurements, we assumed it, we paid again and they went to measure for the last window that was missing. At the time of installation, their measure was wrong and therefore they did not want to accept the error, with excuses. I had to fight and the employee got from you to you with me giving me a hard time. In the end they lost a client and a recommendation !! They feel sorry for the bad treatment they do to their customers. Very disappointed in this provider !!!
