★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is nice and calm, beautiful cenote and warm pool, great walk trough ruins going to beach, the condo was spaceous and well equiped but lots of bugs and roaches, kitchen and shower need attention, other than that its ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here twice whilst on vacation and fell in love with it so much I bought an apartment. Luxury apartments, 2 minutes from the beach, private security and our own cenote (water cave) to dive and swim in - it's paradise!
