★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar por donde el tiempo no ha pasado, y no por qué su sabor sea el que antes los caracterizaba, si no por qué la falta de higiene se nota en el lugar, refrigerador donde se ve contaminación cruzada, tubería oxidada cerca de la cocina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi evaluación y experiencia de este lugar. Lo visite porque es un clasico de mariscos en San Luis Potosí ademas que Mariscos Guajardo 2 tenia muchos comentarios. Pedi cocktail de camarón, aguachile de camarón y ceviche de Pescado. El cockail de camarón el marisco era fresco, la porcion era adecuada y el sabor 9 en escala del 1al 10. El aguachile de camarón el montaje del plato bueno, el camarón se senia fresco en boca, la porcion buena y el sabor 8 en la escala del 1 al 10. El ceviche muy fresco acompañado de una ensalada de repollo, el sabor 8 en escala del 1 al 10. Tambien probe un caldo de pescado el sabor 5 en escala del 1 al 10.
Las cervezas estana calientes. Los precios de este lugar son los mas bajos de cualquier restaurante de maricos en San Luis Potosi hasta hacen filas para entrar o para pedidos para llevar. El trato de la mesera fue bueno.
Los malo fue y coinsido con otro Google Guide es el higiene me sente junto al refrigerador de las cervezas y con rastros de comida en el piso por todas partes de la butaca, el refrigerador choreado, paredes con restos de comida, pero lo peor y mas asqueroso es que salio una cucaracha y todo se debe al mal higiene. Por este motivo le pongo 2 estrellas a este lugar.
My review and experience of this place. I visited it because it is a seafood classic in San Luis Potosí, and Mariscos Guajardo 2 also had many comments. Order shrimp cocktail, shrimp aguachile and fish ceviche. The shrimp cockail the seafood was fresh, the portion was adequate and the flavor was 9 on a scale of 1 to 10. The shrimp aguachile the assembly of the dish was good, the shrimp was fresh in the mouth, the portion was good and the flavor was 8 on the scale from 1 to 10. Very fresh ceviche accompanied by a cabbage salad, flavor 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. I also tried a fish broth, flavor 5 on a scale of 1 to 10.
The beers are hot. The prices at this place are the lowest of any fag restaurant in San Luis Potosi, they even make lines to get in or for takeout. The treatment of the waitress was good.
The bad thing was and it coincided with another Google Guide is the hygiene I sat next to the beer refrigerator and with traces of food on the floor everywhere in the seat, the dripping refrigerator, walls with food remains, but the worst and more disgusting is that a cockroach came out and it's all due to poor hygiene. For this reason I give 2 stars to this place.
